Divya Bhardwaj

Divya Bhardwaj is a Co-founder of Deepdive Corporate Advisors LLP, with around 12 years of diverse experience. Having worked with large corporates, she has seen a wide range of corporate law and the legal needs of varied corporations, and combines critical thinking with knowledge of law to build practical solutions.

She holds an LLB and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Allahabad, is an Associate Company Secretary, and holds an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis School of Distance Learning.

She brings experience in legal due diligence, Secretarial Audit, rendering opinions on corporate matters and other corporate laws, and drafting and processing petitions and applications before the NCLT and MCA. She heads the secretarial, corporate advisory, and legal division of the firm, with specialisation in secretarial compliances, corporate advisory, regulatory coordination, and legal services.

She is experienced in liaisoning with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Law Board, Regional Directors, Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, and the Stock Exchanges. She is a speaker on various forums, invited by the Allahabad and Dehradun Chapters of ICSI and Delhi Technical University, among others, on topics such as communication skills, start-up and networking, and is a CS Faculty at the Executive and Professional levels of the Company Secretaryship Course.
