Saurav Vinod

Saurav Vinod is an Associate at 3Sixty Law Group. He holds a B.Com., LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M. in Corporate Law and Financial Policy. His academic interests include corporate law, commercial transactions, banking and finance, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the firm, he completed internships with law firms and corporate legal teams, gaining exposure to contract drafting, legal research, due diligence, and compliance matters. At 3Sixty Law Group, Saurav assists clients on a range of corporate and commercial legal matters while continuing to develop his practice in transactional and advisory work.
