Vivek Sharma

Vivek Sharma has over 14 years of experience providing consulting services to Indian and foreign companies, including secretarial and legal opinions. He started practice as a Company Secretary in 2011 under the name and style Vivek Sharma & Associates, and holds a Trademark Agent Code. His areas of practice include the Companies Act, FEMA, IPR, GST, and Securities Laws.

He is the Convenor of the Rohini Study Circle of ICSI, and has moderated more than five Certificate Courses organised by ICSI. He delivered a live session on Start-up at Gyan Darshan Television.

He is a Committee Member of the Task Force on Company Law constituted by ICSI and of the Young Members Empowerment Committee of NIRC of ICSI. He is a visiting faculty member of ICSI, ICAI, and various law and management colleges, including Delhi University, DTU, and JIIMS.
