Disputes Resolution

The Firm represents domestic companies, transnational corporations, public sector undertakings, and government companies before arbitral tribunals. The team includes experienced and qualified professionals with a track record of representing clients in both international and domestic arbitration proceedings, in institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations. Team members have also been appointed as arbitrators. Members of the team are affiliated with various ADR bodies, including the International Chamber of Commerce, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Indian Council of Arbitration, the Construction Industry Arbitration Council, and the London Court of International Arbitration. The team's experience covers commercial arbitrations, construction and engineering arbitrations, real estate arbitrations, arbitrations arising from infrastructure and land development disputes, and employment-related arbitrations.

The team also has considerable experience in other forms of dispute resolution, including mediation and conciliation. The team has assisted clients in reaching settlements before conciliation officers and mediators. Some members of the Firm have been appointed by the Courts as Mediators to assist in complex commercial disputes.

Team members have been appointed as arbitrators by the Delhi High Court. The experience gained by conducting arbitral proceedings as arbitrators is productively used in contesting arbitration matters for clients.
